Re-Delivery Charges could be incurred if a private address is provided and no-one is home to accept the delivery. In this case your credit card may be debited with the additional charge. A business address will help avoid any re-delivery charges.

A Sales Docket is included with all orders; please retain this as your proof of purchase.  Proof of purchase is required when exchanging or returning any products, and for warranty claims.

Exchanges:

If you find the products ordered are not right, we will offer to exchange the original purchase.  Goods must be returned in their original condition within 21 days of the purchase date.  An additional postage and handling charge will be incurred.

Refunds:

We will offer a full refund (excluding postage) on products purchased if they are not suitable or you change your mind.  Goods must be returned in their original condition within 21 days of the purchase date.

Warranty:

If any of our products are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
